My mom and I went to this cvs and when we were in the check out the lady had to cancel an order before us and she chose to ignore us while she was doing it and didn't tell us what was going on. When she was ringing up our stuff my mom pulled out a coupon but it wasn't under the cvs card we had it was under my dads. We asked the lady if we could change the card so we could get 25% off the entire purchase. The lady said that she couldn't do that because then she would have to do it all over again. She was just being lazy and didn't do that for us. Because she was lazy we had to pay an extra 25 dollars. We were really mad so we went back and had another lady refund it all and use the coupon we wanted in the first place. The new lady didn't apologize for the inconvenience and seemed mad that we were making her go to the trouble of doing her job. She was mad at my mom for having two cards since she got them confused and didn't even acknowledge that we were there after a while. She gave us a card and told us to keep it and when we asked what it was she didn't tell us. Both ladies were straight up rude and lazy. You could tell they just wanted to leave. I wish I had their names but one was a young brunette with long hair. And the second lady who refunded it was an older woman with short brunette hair. This has happened before to us but we had another person do the refund and he apologized and was very nice. I'm either going to another cvs next time or just a different store because that wasn't the first time the employees disrespect and ignore me.
