I like most people, google and then call around and shop. I would get prices and move on to the next person. However when I called Sonora Vision, I immediately wanted to book my appointment. The receptionist was so nice and thorough with her answers that I didn't feel the that she was trying to get rid of me to get to the next customer. I have always stated that it starts with the person who answers the phone, I was very impressed with her that I don't need to call around and see if anyone can beat their price.
