My wife and I have been going to Dr Semmens for over five years and we both have been extremely pleased. We are in our 70s so we have been going to dentisst for many years. We have had several crowns replaced along with having our teeth cleaned by their capable hygenist, Morgan. Dr Semmens wife, Judy, manages the office and she has gone out of her way a number of times to help us with our insurance company to make certain we have been properly reimbursed. Their dental office is the best we have ever experienced.

The worst dental office in all of Tahoe! Horrible service and rude employees! Don't go here a waste of your money and time. The dentist has no clue what he is doing!!!!!!!
