Dedicated Dental

All of your staff was most friendly, positive and professional. Katrina was such a trooper - I watched her walk back and forth dozens of times white taking my X-rays - always with a smile and a pleasant work. I found Dr. Lin very interactive while discussing my dental issues. And, as he proceeded with his treatments it was apparent that he was considerably knowledgeable in his field. Only problem, and I heard this echoed by other patients waiting for treatments, was that the wait time was quite long. this caused some concern with several of us about missing additional appointments in town, myself included.
I agree with the previous review on this facility. The first time I went to Dedicated Dental, I needed a root canal. After having the root canal work done, I was scheduled to return for the cap. Upon my return, I was told that the dentist who had initiated the work was “a lousy dentist who screwed up all the orders” (for caps, I assume) and that I needed to be ‘resized, refitted’ (whatever it’s called) again and the rest was completed by a different dentist and the staff. Fast forward to today; after being ineffectively treated for the same problem twice, having my HIPAA rights violated and filing a complaint, I was told by staff that perhaps I should seek treatment elsewhere, that their office could do no more for me, regardless of the ‘in-house’ insurance I had just purchased two months ago, and “No” they could not reimburse me for that insurance. Next time I’ll find a reputable physician…..like Dr. Jekyll.
The Bad dentist has not left ..they keep getting new "bad dentists" the place is a joke and the turn around on the dentists in crazy. I may now be losing my tooth because of them. I went in and this young cocky dentist opened up a would be root canal, said he didn't have time to finish it closed it up and sent me home. I was in agony for the rest of the night and the next morning. I called.. they saw me that afternoon (I had no pain meds). When I got there it took an 45 min to see me and I was in the chair for FIVE hrs. I have had other root canals this was nothing like those. To make a long story short my nerve was 'different" then most ppls (which he should've seen on the xray before he opened it up the day before) so again he could've finish it. My husband lost his job and I have a partial tooth that may not be able to be saved. Thanks Dedicated Dental or was it Valley Family Dental ..changing the name doesn't make you any better. Don't go there, it's not worth it. Healthy Teeth are so important.
