over and over when I take one of my kids there for medical care they forget to call in the prescriptions. Then there's the rudeness of Desire (the receptionist) who sneers at you and acts like her whole spirit is being affronted by your presence. I don't understand why Omni can't provide competent medical attention. Rather Omni continues to be grossly negligent and should start doing some performance evaluations on all of their staff. Because this service industry type position requires people with patience and people skills. Something several Omni employees lack.

The lady was kind of rude for working in the medical clinic.. she refused to give us help until I told her that the person I was with had been in the hospital a couple of days before., I come back a little while back and the place is packed!!! No room left and nobody seemed to understand english in their expect the lady sitting in the front desk....

For their Prenatal they are terrible. They do not have ultrasound I had to drive all the way to Bakersfield. They haven't even done anything useful all they did was ask how my diet is. They are most definitely a horrible doctors office

Horrible, staff at the front desk are incredible stupid. They don't understand the slightest thing about how insurance works. Avoid!
