They hired the Walmart rejects to work here. When I don't want a bag for my one item, don't offer me again and tell me "they're free".

Very slow service at the pharmercy. We call ahead to make sure its ready. When we get there, it is usually a 30mins wait. Very irresponsible. There were some complications/changes with our medications. We had to make a change and get new perscrption sent to the pharmercy. I called first thing in the morning to ask the pharmercy to send in request to our doctor. Asked them to put down URGENT. My doctor said they are on stand by to send it back as soon as they get it from the pharmercy. The pharmercy told me to pick it up after 2pm. I went by in the afternoon. Was told it is not ready. Come back after 5pm. Went by at 6pm. Told it is not ready. Come back before 9pm. Went by at 845pm. Not ready. Said the doctor didn't respond to them. I called the doctor next morning. Doctor said they did not fax in the request until 9pm last night. Doing this all over today. Hope we get it in time. BTW, it is for pregnancy diabetes. The blood sugar has been in the upper 200s since we have been out of meds for 2 days. We told them our situation and how it is urgent! But they keep dropping the ball.
