When I was researching new doctors, I chose Dr. Rucker after learning about her education, the community outreach she has done and the fact that she seemed liked a great female doctor. Well, I love her!! She is a doctor who takes her time with her patients and actually learns about you and your family. I don't have a problem getting ahold of the office. Her staff is wonderful . They are a great loving group. And Dr. Rucker is one of the best doctors I've ever had. They are quick to get referrals to other doctors done. They are great at getting any problem I am having taken care of quite frankly, and I'm a woman who has a serious orthopedic issue. I would recommend her without hesitation!!

It is so difficult to get a hold of anyone at this office. Dr. Rucker uses an answering service exchange for several hours of the day, where you can only leave a message. Then when her staff is actually taking calls, they just ask for your name and number and say they will call you back. I tried to call to get an appointment for four days and NEVER got a return phone call. The last time I called and the receptionist asked me for my name and number, I refused. I told her I had been calling for several days and needed to make an appointment. She told me they had a high patient volume and were only returning phone calls between 11:30 and 12:30. What?! What kind of doctors office only takes or returns calls for one hour of the day?!?! Absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Rucker herself is fine as a doctor, but that doesn't matter much when you can't even get a hold of someone to make an appointment. How unfortunate!
