My Dental Assistant, Gracie, was really great. She was kind and made me feel comfortable about being there when I really didn't want to be there. She talked to about every step and what she was doing. She kept making sure I was comfortable and ok. If I wasn't, she did her best to help me. She is a great asset to your team! Of course, Dr. Spaulding was great as always. He made sure I was comfortable at all times. He worked fast since he knew that, even though I like him, I really just wanted to get it over with and I don't like the dentist. It is always a good experience that makes me actually want to go back!

My name is Debbie Stevens. I worked for doctor Norman Spalding in the years 1996-1997, as a Registered Dental Assistant / RDA. In the ten plus years working in dental, doctor Spalding was by far the best dentist I have ever known. Not only for his skill as a dentist, but for the many reasons I would like to share with you today. I have honestly have never met a more compassionate doctor, or man. Dr. Spalding treated everyone with respect. He was involved in the community he served in. On board committees, as well as participating and local community events. He was the most generous dentist I have worked for. In providing job related expenses, and dental care for staff as well as their immediate families. I still consider my experience working with doctor Spaulding the most valuable and rewarding of all employers. In and out of the dental field, for the caring and compassionate person that be is. He chose his equal when he's married Dr. Flora Young - Spalding. They are both beautiful people. It has been an honor, and pleasure to have known the quality of persons such as them.
