My vet called them 3 weeks ago for some medicine for my cat. A week later I called my vet again because I hadn't been contacted, vet said they'd call again. A week after THAT I got the number for the pharmacy and called them myself. Finally it sounded like they were going to do something for my cat. ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY. Nothing in the mail, I call the pharmacy again. Got nothing but sass, was told they'd called "A bunch of time and it just rings and rings". According to my phone I had one missed call (I had been in lecture) and no voicemails from them. I wouldn't call that trying very hard. So finally I give them my credit card number and it seems like maybe this time they'll send me my cat's important Herpes medication. Let's see if they ever get around to it. Very disappointed, very angry, DO NOT buy medicine here unless you want horrible customer service.
