My family and I have been going to Medicine Women Chiropractic for approximately 4 years. My wife is prone to migraines and has seen a huge reduction in symptoms since seeing Dr.Trelles. We have never felt like customers. It is much more of a family atmosphere. I would highly recommend Medicine Women Chiropractic for your whole family.

Unless you want to waste your time and money, I would stay away from this place. Each visit took over an hour and a half. I only put up with this for two visits before finding a new chiropractor. Carol, the receptionist gave me the run around when I questioned whether they were going to bill my insurance. I paid full cost for each adjustment and just recently have received statements from my insurance provider showing that they did place claims with them. So now I am in the process of trying to get "Medicine Woman" to issue me a refund for my over-payment. She wanted me to come in 3 times a week for two weeks, well considering they are only open 3 days a week, and I work 40+ hours a week it made it pretty difficult to find the time to do so. Not to mention that the office was dirty, looks like they have a dog that spends time there and they don't vacuum as often as they should. The front "waiting room" looks like a thrift store, with used items for sale, even the reception counter had a price tag on it! Didn't instill a lot of confidence in me as a patient!! Save yourself some frustration and get adjusted somewhere else.

I really like the doctor and the service is great. Very friendly and affordable. I give it 3 stars because I expect to have x-rays on file and this place does not x-ray. Aside from that I think the service is 5 stars.

My fiance and I drove to Yucca from Palm Desert (about an hour drive) only to wait for an hour and forty minutes without so much as an apology for wasting our time. Before leaving, we asked about how much longer we could expect to wait and were told another hour at least. We never even saw the Chiropractor... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
