This store gets two stars only because it is there. My experiences have been much less than helpful and professional. I went into the store about a week ago at 1:15 p.m. to pick up a prescription and was told that they would not be able to help me because the pharmacist was on break. I did not have time to wait as I had to go back to work but have never been to a Walmart where they were so short staffed that one poor woman was in charge of the entire pharmacy and there was no one around to help her! A few days before that, my boyfriend was trying to purchase contacts and was given a day and a half run around because they couldn't find his prescription... He spelled his name for them twice on the initial call and still they were looking at the wrong name, the name of a person who hadn't been in since 2004! And when these incidences happen there is no sincere apology, customer service is lacking in a big way. When I have interactions with the staff and cashiers they could at least smile. I have now been on hold for fifteen minutes just to get a simple yes or no for a product, just because your store is the only option for miles doesn't mean that you can completely forget about customer service or even decent manners!

I still can't believe that one of, if not the largest retailer in the world, is still providing millions of plastic bags to the consumer. I am told that no Walmart in the world offers paper bags. Do they not have any environmental conscientiousness?

I went there in May, 2012 and totally enjoyed going through the aisles. Everyone working there was very friendly, even though it was at night. I truly enjoyed the shopping experience.

It was so dirty. I felt uncomfortable! Everyone was staring at me like I was going to steal something. I didn't get it?! But very dirty gross!
