Terrible Phone Service. I challenge anyone to try and get a hold of the Jewelry department. I must have been transferred to 8 different employees that could of helped me, but decided to send the call off to another employee. We all know where the jewelry department is located in every Sam's Club... maybe less than 15 feet from half the employees I talked to asking for help.
