Absolutely the worst Walgreens I have ever been to! There is rarely anyone at the checkout and if there is, they take forever and it's usually a line of 10 ppl at least. I usually have to go to the pharmacy to get checked out. I recently ordered photos online to pick up in store and I went in and they said their machine had been broken for a 4 days. Had no idea when it would be fixed and offered no other solution. I asked why the order said it was ready when it wasn't... the guy had no clue. I have never had a good experience here and not sure how this location is still in business.

Under staffed and incompetent.Worse service I've ever experienced. I'd recommend that u take ur business 2 the walgreens on colfax & quebec. After having me wait 2 and a half hours for a prescription that they told me would take a hour and a half. There we sat, about 12 different customers and I, waiting 4 this 1 incompetent tech 2 fill our prescriptions. After this inexperienced service tech carried on with personal conversations while we all sat back in amazement that she wasn't even aware of her line as it begun 2 wrap around isle 10, she called my name 2 have me sit back down 4 an additional 30min. As I turned 2 return 2 my seat I noticed that someone had already made himself comfortable, so I just remained at the window and sat upon the counter because I was told only 5 more mins. and I was extremely tired. The next thing I noticed was this extremely obese fire breathing store manager named john come around the corner barking orders at me with his stomach protruding from underneath his shirt and wild hair. "GET OFF THE COUNTER." I told him no because there were no more seats available. After telling him no he demanded that I exit the store. I exclaimed 2 him that I needed 2 pick up my daughters asthma medication, and he begun 2 get physical with me attacking my arm. I told him that if he hit me again we would have 2 settle the dispute in the parking lot, and so he called the police. The result was because the pharmacy was extremely under manned and that very unprofessional incompetent service tech with the glasses and short black hair. I guess coming from New Jersey u expect a certain level of class, respect, professionalism, u won't get here. These people r no better then low level ghetto street corner drug dealers.

Extremely slow pharmacy with marginal staff. Can't fill anything in less than 2 hours.
