I have gone to them for 6 years now and have had nothing but rude service, incorrect billing and constant problems with ordering contacts from them. I have yet to have a year that I don't have an issue. This year I received the rudest customer service ever when questioning my billing. I have put up with it for too long and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Dr. Weeks is nice and professional but you deal with him for maybe 5 minutes. He needs to take a long hard look at his office staff's attitude.

I would advise you to double check and make sure they still take your insurance. I went in for my appointment and the front desk rudely told me they no longer took my insurance, because the insurance company "never paid." I was very embarrassed and appalled that the front desk would handle this situation as they did. I was asked if I wanted to "just pay." I politely declined and called my insurance company. When I spoke to my insurance company I was advised that Norther Colorado Eye Specialist was still listed in my network?!? I decided to switch to another eye doctor.
