I had my visioned checked here in 2011 and purchased new frames and lenses. I had excellent service at that time and was very happy with my experience. Now in 2013 I was having a problem with one of my nose pads and went in to the office to see if I could get the nose pad changed. While I was there they very helpful assistant replaced both my nose pads with bigger softer ones and adjusted my frames to fit me again, and all of this was FREE because I was a previous patient. I will certainly be using them in the future.
