My prescription for my right eye contact was wrong. I think it was written on a prescription for the last trial lens I tried but rejected and went back to the previous trial lens. When I brought it back to the office they gave me a lens of the correct prescription to use while they ordered the correct lenses. After a month I stopped back by the office to enquire where the lenses were. I was told that someone would call me later in the week. When they did call I was told the lenses were expected to be there in a week or so. When I got the new lenses I discovered after taking them home that they were still the wrong prescription. I stopped in today to ask to talk to the doctor and was told the doctor was not in. The woman there pulled my record and told me that the prescription was the correct prescription. I tried to explain the error but she kept interrupting me. When I said "as I was saying before your interrupted me" she became very angry and said she would not be treated rudely. Last I checked, constantly interrupting when a customer is trying to explain something is pretty rude. I urge everyone to avoid this office if you value customer service.

I have used FFEC for a long time and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The whole staff is so friendly and awesome. My prescription is. Always right on. They are amazing!

In that time I moved 3 times, and always thought of finding another Eye Care Specialist........But I couldn't, because I didn't think I would be happy. Falcon Family Eye Care always work so hard to make things right. I had some lenses that just wasn't right and they made sure that new ones were ordered and were actually correct. A great place to go.
