Recently had a slight bicycle accident near Woodland Park which resulted in a dislocated pinky...as a walk in I was treated almost immediately, with a minimal amount of upfront paperwork. Everyone here, the receptionist, the nurse, radiologist and doctor was very caring, considerate and totally professional. I've had more than my share of hospital experiences over the years, but Penrose is at the top of my list...The pinky has healed quickly , and is fully operational. only patient in here and the doctor is like 10ft from my room talking to everyone having a good ole time about policy. in the mean time I've been here for an hour. There is no sense of urgency here I will never come back nor would wver recommend!

It has been run by penrose for many years. They just changed the name last year. The prices can't be beat. You can even pay a flat rate of 150.00 for all services even xrays.

We were from out of state and waited for 2 hours to get a prescription for pain meds for an extracted tooth. We were charged over $400, not including medication. Another example of totally out of control medical charges.

Since Penrose has taken over the prices have gone way up!! My insurance used to cover all of my bill but not anymore! Don't go here, you will get stuck with a huge bill!!
