we called the pharmacy (lithcfield, CT) today 12/20/09 11am-- and after having to insist that the product we wanted existed, the pharmacist said OK I have it. Drove the 5 mi. to pick it up and in fact he did not have it. He insisted we wanted something other than what we'd asked for. He was rude really, and I made my 10 mile round trip for nothing. We need people who listen and want to be helpful, especially at this counter.
