Started out with Dr. connelly and his staff, very professional and experienced. Knew exactly what they were doing and visits were always quick and painless. When they changed doctors it went downhill. The real orthodontist is never there and never looks at my teeth. The technicians are inexperienced, i've had one drop the wire cutter in my mouth, another took 15 minutes to put one wire in. Too much chit chat, very unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. Miss Dr. Connelly's staff. Very unfortunate and displeased.
