Incredibly disappointed after having an appointment I had scheduled 3 months in advance be cancelled because the surgeon decided to go on vacation. The office was of no help when it came to scheduling me a new appointment nor finding a new oral surgeon. TERRIBLE service and very disorganized, but they lost a customer because of it.

Helpful staff but a little unorganized at times (understandable with all the patients going through the office daily!) but overall helpful with my wisdom teeth removal. Doctors are knowledgable and open. I would recommend to anyone!

I am writing as I have just had my wisdom teeth out at Aspen Dental in Waterford, CT. To start off, I love the receptionists there, especially Brittany, as they always greet you with a smile and kind words. I do not feel like just a patient there when I have such good relationships with them. The oral surgery itself was very fast and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The surgeon and his assistant were very nice, clean, and they got the job done. My recovery was great, I had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Waterford to anybody looking for a pleasant experience at the dentist (for once!) :)
