I've had two total knee replacements this year, so have been going to PT Plus in Foulkstone Plaza for 5 months. I've made significant progress - with the help of the great Physical Therapists there. Steve R and Michele G are both great PT's, and on those occasions when neither of them are available to work with me, everyone is great. The place also has a small gym setup, not as fancy as the Y, but very workable. I am very happy with the attention I get, the progress I've made, and will continue to go to the gym after my hands-on PT is over. Thanks everyone!
