I visited because of nausea and fever and found the doctor Rahman to be very professional as he spent his time with me to listen all the details. He was immediately available. He recommended blood test and staff was quickly there to draw it. Doctor prescribed some medicine and explain about it too. I received a call from them next day to inform about my blood results. I would definitely recommend and visit express care of tampa bay again when needed. Thanks

I went to this clinic as I had been there in the past for the flu. I liked it. my daughter injured her self at school and it was a head injury. I advised the front desk person that it was a head injury when I signed her in. They took my insurance and copay of $75.00 and called us back about 10 minutes later took my daughters vitals and had the doctor come in to tell us to take her to an ER they do not treat head injuries. I was so angry that they did not tell us this in the first place. Instead of being out 200 I was out 275. I will NEVER go back to this clinic again, disgusted that they would do something like this. what if I did not have insurance like so many would they have charged the full office visit and still send them to the ER? Horrible way to do business and I will certainly spread the word around apollo beach and ruskin.

Definitely not EXPRESS. Usually long waits in the waiting room only to sit in a room waiting on the doctor for maybe half hour or more. If you need URGENT CARE - do not go here. GO to the Emergency ROOM. You could go in there with life threatening allergic reaction and you would have to wait your turn. On the other hand - the people are generally nice and pleasant but when you are sick - no one cares about that - they just need treatment. Also if you go there and they give you medicine that does not work - they will not prescribe anything else that does work - unless you come in and pay them again. Definitely does not portray PATIENT CARE importance - when they are only concerned about how much money they can bring in. Maybe they are all like that.???

The male doctor is seen on Friday was great and very helpful!
