I had an antibiotic phoned in. I called before I went to the store to confirm the Rx was filled. When i got there, they could not find my prescription they had confirmed was filled 2 hours earlier. While I waited for 90 minutes for them to figure out what to do, I watched 6 staff members (pharmacist and techs) work at a snails pace. I watched as time and time again customers came into the store, waited in one line to pick up their Rx that was called in yesterday, to be told their Rx was not yet available and to wait in another line to check on their Rx status. In 90 minutes i watched probably 40 people waiting on their Rxs with maybe only 2 having success in getting their Rx filled. Every one was very frustrated at the level of service. The staff seemed inept at best, and incompetent to handle the filling of most prescriptions. Serious corporate review is in order for I would never chose to have an Rx filled again. It would be easier to go to Walgreens in Marathon or a trip to Key West would be faster!
