The staff is friendly but not prompt at all.For 3 hours now i have called 79 times and the phone is busy.This usually is the case every time i have to call about a script.Now that the end of the day is nearing and i do not have the gas to go there twice if my script is not ready so it would be nice if they could put the phone back on the hook.

The staff is very friendly and prompt. The pharmacist is willing to answer questions without the "I don't have time for this" attitude that I have encountered occasionally at the larger chain stores. I've never looked for a product that they haven't had and in a small town that's rare. I highly recommend this place to anyone living in or passing through the Florida Panhandle.
