Let me start by saying that I hold customer service in the highest regards. Having said that, I know what valid charges are in this industry and I know how to handle customers being that I own my own business. Dr. Seberg conducts his business in a manner that not only does not put the customer, or patient in this case first, he doesn't even put them second or third. Does going to the dentist make you nervous? If so, you can expect to be charged an extra fee of $42 each time under "Behavioral Management". My mother went to get a root canal performed without insurance, and after a few days was still in extreme pain and hot/cold sensitive. She went back to have Dr. Seberg check his work to which he said he would have to send her to a specialist. But get this: He charged her $115 for that visit. A follow up visit to check his work! After she spent nearly $1,500 in cash to this dentist for a job that she has to go and get another dentist to do right. He refuses to make it right. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this guy.
