Best dentist office I have visited in years. They pick up your phone calls, get back to you with information regarding your insurance and estimate costs or other questions quickly, and are HONEST- which is what I am always looking for when it comes to my dental health. The receptionists and administrative staff are super-caring and helpful; they answered numerous questions about my insurance and always worked with me to figure out how to reduce the costs on my end, and most of all I never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for my appointments. On my first cleaning appointment, I had Sydney as my hygienist and let me tell you she is the greatest…. she is friendly, took her time, and gave great suggestions as my teeth are sensitive. She was also very considerate and caring, especially with me who suffers panic attacks. I was never upsold or told that I needed work when I didn't. I always feel that Dr. Van has my health and interests in mind, and not just his bottom line, when he makes treatment recommendations. I had a root canal done last year, but he tried to save my tooth first to save me some money. The root canal process was painless and Dr. Van was caring though out the whole process. I felt nothing!!!!!!!!! As long as live in Florida (not just in Clewiston), I'm going to be Dr. Van’s patient at Captivating Dental Care.
