I had an appointment before last Christmas to have a filling and my last wisdom tooth pulled. He performed the filling without novacaine and didn't warn me and then decided I didn't need to have my wisdom tooth pulled before Christmas. Ah... that's why I made the appointment. Afterwards, his office billed me incorrectly and the front office staff was very rude.
