This was my second visit to the office for a yearly exam, cleaning, and to discuss having my top 2 wisdom teeth removed. I spoke with Dr Patel about removal of my 2 teeth, which are impacted. Dr Patel recommended that I have the teeth surgically removed with a numbing agent and POSSIBLY gas. The treatment plan I was given was outrageous, and my co-pay was listed at $575, after my dental coverage. After my appointment I called my insurance company, and they told me that the prices they gave me had not been run through their system, and they were charging me for un-necessary things and telling me I had no coverage, all while my insurance did in fact cover the procedures. I found a certified oral surgeon in the area to remove my 2 wisdom teeth under general anesthesia for $120. This office has great staff and is very friendly, and Dr Patel is great. However, I feel that this office is blatantly over-charging. Had I not called my insurance to verify the cost, I would have paid well over 3 times what I should have.

Great staff and great doctors. It felt like family. I walked in and they knew who I was. No need to sign in. Great family feel.

Had the pleasure of meeting the staff at Smile Design in Dade city this last week and was completely impressed. Chelsea made all of my kids appointments with ease and her professionalism/courtesy during the process was instrumental in allowing me to get my son to his game on time. The kids were very pleased with all the work that was done and they never complained once about discomfort. From the office staff to the Dentists, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Wonderful office and experience! Great doctors and staff !! I would recommend everyone I know with any dental needs and wants :)
