We moved my mother-in-law to The Terrace about 9 days ago. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are kind, concerned, and compassionate individuals that truly listen and care about their residents. I have already had the opportunity to meet with all of the managers (they have a weekly Meet and Greet Meeting for all family members) and I have also met with the same group for her care plan. The food is excellent...fresh salads and vegetables, home cooked meals. I am so glad her physician told us about The Terrace. She was at another facility in Volusia County, which failed to meet her most basic of needs. I would give The Terrace 10 stars if I had the option.

My mother has been at the Terrace for about a year now and she is doing fantastically well. The staff bend over backwards to make her stay there as enjoyable as it can possibly be. Her health has improved greatly since she has been there. It is a quality place, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice place for a relative. The building is beautiful and so is the staff. JB

Don't let this place fool you. It might seem clean and new, but the staff there is so ridiculous!! Some of them don't even know what they are doing. And they can't seem to get on the same page! If everyone would get their crap together it would actually be a great place to put my mom in, but no way will I leave her in the hands of that craziness!
