The Doctor is wonderful. The billing is a nightmare. When I called local office about billing issue they told me I have to call corporate billing. Every time I call Mershaun (sp?) in corp billing all I get is a Voice mail... and she NEVER calls back. Then I call local office and I'm told "yeah she is HORRIBLE about returning calls, that's why we just call customer service" LMAO REALLY???? I call customer service and again I have to leave a message. Yet again NO RETURN CALL. If you can go and pay out of pocket.... this is a great place to go. Office staff and Doctor is wonderful... But if you have to make "payments" be prepared for a run around... and for them to continue taking money from your account even though your portion is paid. They will claim "Insurance hasn't paid" Funny thing is... my insurance not only told me what dates they sent checks... they also told me for how much and when the checks cleared the bank.
