Walmart Supercenter

Recently purchased 4 tires and the service department damaged and scarred up each wheel in the exact spot where the stem would have been removed. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, I was referred to their 3rd party claims company. The claims company immediately denied the damage stating "it was impossible" for the tire technician to have caused the damage. The same Walmart store has done ALL the work on my tires and wheels, since the vehicle was brand new and there was not any wheel damage prior to the new tires being installed. I don't know why Walmart won't own up to their mistakes and just get the damage repaired. I plan to go back to the manager and see if I can get it resolved and if not, the next step is an attorney. So, you may want to reconsider having any auto repairs or maintenance done at this store.
Coming from a different area (california) i see alot this walmart not so bad as compared to the other ones. I try to avoid walmart altogether but for late night service to early morning is rather nice. during those times shelves are stocked or getting stocked so never had problem finding what i need and want. service was helpful on finding the few odds and ends i couldnt quite find sometimes yes they take awhile but satisfied with the results. The few complaints are some of the other customers are dense and very rude along with the normal but few disgruntled employees but i can see why. quite honestly i seen the other reviews and yes they are quite heavily undermanned but i can see why nobody not even i would want to work there. With groceries i never trusted anyone to get it right on how to separate my dry goods from my cold or meat from bread i usually just lay it out there in order. But if your gonna place your items out in random they'll rush your items through. If you need to make a grocery stop or lacking in some hygienic needs with a decent price and with a flexible time schedule walmart. last remark avoid prime hours e.g. lunch or 6pm mad house!!!
I am a local and shop there 3 or 4 times per week because it is close. This particular Walmart has some of the worst levels of checkout service I have seen. The quality of the staff is not bad - the management don't put nearly enough staff on registers to cater with the # of customers. Expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes or more when busy. They removed the self checkout so that is not even an option anymore. They need to train their newer cashiers not to put raw meat (e.g. chicken) in the same bags as ready to eat food and risk cross-contamination and food poisoning. Not too much to ask really. I am scared by their food handling - once saw a freezer loaded with food that I know hade been broken since the day before and was thawed reloaded into another freezer for resale. I have seen refrigerated food clearly at room temperature returned to freezers after being left for hours near the checkout. Steaks and other red meat often seems to go "off" very quickly - often within a day of getting it home. Still well within the "Sell by Date". I can only guess that bad refrigeration or storage is causing this. Bread is shocking at best - try Publix instead - great bread, good meat and reasonable prices. Employees are allowed to park in the "primo" locations near the store taking up spaces which could be used by customers. There is plenty of parking space available, just the convenient ones get taken.
I feel so wonderful every time I go and shop here. The place is so comfortable and stress free, what more can you ask for in grocery store.
Convenient without the long lines. I like the benches that afford you a place to sit and wait while others in your party shop.
