I was extremely impressed with my experience at the Sarasota office of Dr. Emily Arsenault. From the time I signed in I was treated as a real person - not a number. My last name was clearly identified on the sign in sheet and I was given a hand written THANK YOU note from the doctor for coming in. The office staff appeared happy to be at work and happy to see me! I saw Dr. Arsenault on time, as if my time were equally important. My experience during the appointment was very professional along with outstanding bedside manner. Again, as if my appointment was just as important to her as it was to me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Arsenault for anyone seeking a dermatologist that treats people rather than moves numbers through her office.
