Very customer focused. I was down in Florida for a visit and suffered an eye injury. My eye doctor from home told me I needed to have an exam within 72 hours to identify if this was a retinal tear or retinal detachment. As soon as I called West Coast and identified my symptoms they told me to come right in and they would fit me into the schedule. Dr. Amanda Coopedge did an outstanding job and conducted a very thorough exam. She referred me to a retinal surgeon and had her office schedule an appointment for the next day. She was very reassuring; customer focused and made sure that my eye health was the first priority. Great place.
