The self-titled 'office administrator' by the name of Craig is inexplicably rude and pretentious: we use the word inexplicable because he acts this way without provocation. When we asked him what their customer service motto was, he replied, ”I ain't got time for this. Whadda ya gonna do? ” This was after he hung up on us when we corrected him over a scheduling mistake. You'll be better off finding a medical office other than this one: one that values the patient and the patient’s concerns.
