Not pleased with the service here at all. Snippy customer "service" representative. Aspen is a provider on my insurance, and my insurance covers two cleanings a year 100%, but they would not schedule it without my putting a credit card # on file. I have a family of four - we have scheduled elsewhere.

The Doctor and office staff are great! Would totally recommend to anyone that needs a great dental office!

horrible experience, dishonest sheisters,,,insurace co has proof and hopefully thisi chain will be shut down, all the reiews all over the U.S. sound exactly same,,,these people should go to jail and the owners whoo are no doubt instructing al the chains how to act in ordee to make most money shouldk also be held liable, just google aspen dental compliants and it will blow yor mind all the same compliants across our couuntry, just sickening to me
