I would recommend Dr. Mendez to anyone who is looking for a good, thorough dermatologist who knows his stuff. Dr. Mendez was very personable and professional, taking the time to actually care about my well being and needs. If not for him, I would have never thought twice about that mole on my shoulder or found the other one. Living in South Florida has its drawbacks and I've known too many who did not heed the warnings. His staff is very friendly and I love the Saturday availability too! The waiting room could be a tad larger to accommodate patients who bring multiple family members with them to their appointments.

First, I waited an hour and a half to see this doctor. When he finally did see me, it was after and additional 20 minutes in the freezing exam room by myself. Then, he spent two minutes with me and did not even answer my questions. The worse part is: he did NOT ask to look under my shirt, he just randomly lifted it!!! Then he gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Unacceptable.

I went to see Carolina Alvarez, the PA as i have had good recommendations from other friends with kids who see her. The staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. The wait was reasonable as there is always some sort of a wait at any doctors office. Once i was seen i was very satisfied with the level of professionalism she displayed and her positive and friendly vibe. She was very informative in what she was going to do and what medications she was going to prescribe and how to use them. I am definitely going to recommend her practice to others.

Dr Mendez is an amazing Doctor! I have never had a Dermatologist give such a thorough exam, listen to my complaints, and genuinely care. From the second I went to the office the welcoming from the receptionist to the excellent staff is worth the wait!

They have terrible customer service ! I once visited this office and i waited 2 hours to have a doctor see me for 3 minutes ! Are u serious? while i was in the room with carolina she kept answering her phone. i believe she was so in a rush to see her boyfriend that her job wasn't important ! I wouldnt reccomend this place to my pet cat!
