When I come here I walk into the doors with no expectations of having a decent shopping experience and I am still let down. Out of the 40 registers in the store, there are usually 5 open with 20 people waiting in each line. Every other customer is paying with food stamps or doing something really weird that holds up the line too. When getting a shopping cart you have a 1% chance of grabbing one that doesn't make that "WHAM! WHAM! WHAM!" sound. It's not uncommon to see customers bringing animals into the store either. This place sells food, yet the staff does nothing when people bring their pets inside. I bet on an average day there are enough health code violations to shut the place down 10 times over. This store is like one of those really terrible movies that you know is bad without having to watch it, but you do it anyway, and even though I dislike shopping here, I know I'll be back.

Black Friday 2013, I was in around 630pm looking for a few things. came across some leap pad games for my son. the retail price for these are $25, but with the black Friday sale they were $15, looked on the stickers that were all over the place that's what it said, no expiration time listed. I Continued to do some more shopping, and got a few more things that were marked down. I went to check-out and the leap pad games rung up as retail price. I questioned the cashier and she went to get a CSM. I explained to her that the items were $15 not 25, that there was stickers over the retail price. She explained to me that that sale ended at 2pm, and that her employees hadn't had the time to take all the stickers down (even over 4 hours later), and that it was disclosed in there ad. I explained to her that I didn't know Wal-Mart had an AD and that i was not given one. I explained that there should be a sign as you walk in disclosing this information. I explained to her that is Walt-Marts problem not the customers problem, and to honor the price that was listed. She refused to do so. I explained to her that it was the ol bait and switch trick and that was wrong. she still did not care. she snapped at me and walked away. Very rude women who doesn't understand how to talk to people or how to manage situations. I would have understood if there was a sign at the door explaining that some sales where ending at such times or even a sign on the product that explained this as well, But over 4 hours later the price remained the same. That is not a customers fault that . Because of the attitude and the approach that Wal-Mart took on this, I will not be going to another one of there stores again. I can and will get what I need from there competitors.

I went to the Vision store to pick up new contacts. They weren't even busy and they completely ignored me!!! I waited for 15 mins and no one even said hello, be with you in a minute. Nothing. I left WITHOUT my lenses. It doesn't take much to say be right there. I also ended up buying something there (big mistake) and went to the self check out. The machine wouldn't take my cash so I asked the person who was SUPPOSE to help, instead she just stood there, smacking her gum, ROLLED HER EYES at me, and didn't even help. I just used my card instead because at that point all I wanted to do was leave that store. I won't go there ever again.

Every time I come to this store, There are lines backed up all the way to the clothing department. There are never enough Cashiers, when you finally check out the cashiers are rude. Lord help you if you have to call them at all because you wait on the phone for 20 minutes then you get someone rude on the phone. They are nasty in this store. My 6 year old daughter slipped on a huge water puddle in the bathroom stall and hit her head and the management went in and cleaned it up then took pictures for the accident report. She was trying to cover her and her manager's butt, I watched the whole thing. I wish I would have had my camera with me I would have took the pictures myself then sued the hell out of them. None of the employees are professional looking at all. Nor do they act professional. I am honestly done with coming to this store. At this point they just need to close it down because we have enough stores in Ocala. This one is just a shame!!! Do not come into this store. Pick the other one on 200.

Never enough cashiers. Your frozen food will melt completely just waiting line. There's rarely any help in any of the departments and when there is, no-one seems to have the answer.
