This review has absolutely nothing to do with the chiropractic doctors at Quartell, I've heard very good things, but I can't not review the absolutely horrible massage I received there in early December. I'll be the first to admit, I was late... almost 20 minutes and even I know that is unacceptable, but fact of the matter is, stuff happens, so I called them. I was told to come in anyway, apparently the the therapist giving the massage didn't have anyone after me so it was OK. "Are you sure" I repeated, because I didn't want to be rushed (this was a birthday treat for myself) and I even offered to pay any kind of rescheduling fee, It was my fault... I get it. "Nope", I was told it was all good, so I undressed and hopped up on the table. It took the therapist longer than usual to come in and I thought that was strange because I was late. She finally came in and started the "massage". It was as if she was applying suntan lotion to my skin. She never spoke and never asked me about the pressure (didn't feel like anything) I honestly thought that was her method and she would eventually apply more pressure but before I knew it, she walked out... that was it. I paid (in advance) for an HOUR but whatever it was that I received only lasted a half hour. I asked the woman at reception what happened and she replied, "well, you were late". Yes, I'm aware of that but I also asked in advance if I should reschedule and I was told "no, come in". In addition, the therapist was horrible. She could have cared less about me or the massage I paid for. In the end, they offered an hour and and a half massage if I wanted to come back and I assume pay for the hour again, but I can't. I can't accept this and I certainly do not want to pay for another crappy massage. If I could rate the front desk 5 stars for being willing to make it right I would, but the 1 star is what I have to give to the massage and the experience. Not good and I can't go back... Total waste of money.

I was afraid of going to a Chiropractor but went when my back started hurting. The office staff and Drs. made me feel at ease. I have also been going for the massages especially when my neck is all in knots. I would highly recommend this office.

Is this Google Places? Quartell Chiropractic has a good feel all around. The place, the staff, the doctors, the bathrooms, the area it's in - everything just feels good. Or maybe it's because I feel so good when I come out of that place. I am a 66 yo woman who had accumulated a lot of stresses and strains into my structure over the years. We are fixing me up! I am feeling better, sleeping better, and I am at least half an inch taller. The weighty crush of the years of gravity is gone! I feel absolutely floating sometimes lately. Treatment just began last month, so I/we have a way to go. But I am going! I am changing! It is possible to change and grow and get better, always. Thank you, Dr. David.

My name is Mark Randolph. I have been a chiropractic patient at Quartell chiropractic since October of 2013. The pain in my low back was so bad that I felt practically disabled. My family has a history of chiropractic success stories. When I come first to the office, I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge and their staff. This past year has been the first in a decade that my back and my well being have been good. To all those people out there who are sick, suffering or in pain… with great prejudice I would recommend chiropractic care because maintaining good health starts with healthy spine. I feel ecstatic now that I have enjoyed the benefits of chiropractic and having a healthy spine.

I have always found the Doctors to be professional and informational as well as getting good results from their adjustments. They listen to what problem I may be having and discuss it before and after treatment, which is very important. The waiting time is short and the office is pleasant. The staff is very accomodating and helpful as well. I was lucky enough to find them in the Yellow Pages when I needed immediate help. I was tested and xrayed before any adjustment was started. The results were very good.
