I always feel better after leaving Dr Volstad's office - wonderful chiropractor. He is caring and genuinely interested in his patients and their well being.

I have bad posture because I sit in front of a computer all day (sitting up really straight gets old really quick). Probably because of this, I started having pain in my lower back in mid 2011. The pain was primarily where the spine connects to the hip on the right side. I also had some middle back pain, specifically on one vertebra. This middle back pain was causing about six inches of my middle back to hurt like crazy (apparently muscle spasms). Then, my wife and I were hit by a drunk driver on Indiantown Rd in September 2013 which exacerbated everything, but I just kept putting off going to see somebody. **FINALLY**, I decided to see somebody. I found Dr Volstad on Google and have been going 2 times per week for the past 2.5 weeks. At this point, both pains are almost completely gone. The lower right side pain only rears its head when I torque my back just right, and even then it's getting to the point where it's almost non-existent.
