Poor customer service in general. It's directly related to the diversity of the store's colored employees. I don't know why Walmart hires such uppity trash with attitudes. Expecting them to do their job just gets you an eye roll. Niceness and manners are wasted on them. If you can't find a White or Filipina cashier to check you out, just leave.

I am consistently not greeted at this store. Again today, I walked past a certain Greeter, (usually the same one) at 6:38AM approx. The greeter woman with blonde hair looked down into Her cell phone and completely ignored My wife and I. I felt pointedly ignored and discounted. I have shopped here since the early 1990's ,since before the superstore. We have spent and DO spend much money here. My return is assured, but I hope You can instruct the GREETER that if they cannot GREET everyone, or at least ACKNOWLEDGE Me when I greet HER, then perhaps she would more effectively fill a different job description. Thank You for Your consideration. I like WalMart and this associate is not improving Your store with this behavior. She was actually OUTSIDE when We left, facing away from Us. I had to say hello to Her TWICE before She grudgingly made a reply. My check-out receipt reads 7:54AM. We exited the south doors. R. Butler

Spent about $141.00 tonight. My cashier did not greet me and did not thank me. She said nothing. I can't stand that. Other stores have a policy where their workers are supposed to say thanks. Not this Wal Mart on Blue Angel Pkwy. - or at least not Jocelyn the cashier who I got stuck with. Won't be going back to this Wal Mart. Who needs the disrespect when there are other Wal Marts and other stores to go to.

Cashier employees are nice depending on who you get. Some greet you quickly, throw your stuff in a bag, and quickly send you on your way. Others will chit chat with you while they ring your stuff up. The produce section tends to be iffy. I have bought onions that were rotten in the middle many times but their fruit section is good if Youre willing to pick through them a bit. Overall, the place is good. Not the best. I shop there all the time.
