The customer service there is great. One of the receptionists/dental assistants whose name slips my mind is fantastic and even recognized us in Wal*Mart. She usually works Wednesdays and has curly hair, very bubbly. I always see Dr. Gosen, and he's wonderful. I've bitten him a couple of times (accidentally) while he was doing my dental work, and he just makes a joke out of it. I think it's funny how he has pictures of his cats everywhere and he talks about them a lot. Overall, I love this place. I don't think I'll go anywhere else. Unfortunately, I no longer have my dental insurance, so it looks like they'll only be seeing me once or twice a year.

I stopped going to Lakeside because I felt as if they were trying to do unnecessary work. My new dentisit asked me to get a copy of my x-rays from Lakeside and they wanted $20.00 for them. My current dentist does not charge for that service. They fell it is better to get the patient treatment then charge $20 to make the patient mad and have to do without the x-ray because insurance will only pay for the full mouth x-ray avery three years. I would not recommend Lakeside to anyone.
