This is the worst Rite Aid by far .The Cashier was ringing my purchases and I had some clearance items and other misc. items , after everything was rung up by the cashier , he said he had to get an override cause he couldn't print out my receipt, so he called for assistant for override, so I said ok . after he called 5 or 6 times over the intercom no one came, i was very upset made a line full of customers waiting behind me too waiting to check out, it was very unprofessional The manager I think her name tag said Erin , she was by far the rudest didn't help the young man at all just told him to call someone else to help , and she stood there the whole time then some older lady came up and started ringing the other customers out. all I got to say is when I was going to leave the register the cashier was very sympathetic and apologized for my wait , and right when I grabbed my bags , I over heard her and she then stated to the nice cashier that He was being to nice, and that then upsetted me even more to hear that from a manger to tell a sales assoc. Goes to show how much Poor Management on her be half , most likely will not shop at this Rite Aid again.
Decided to take my business to Rite Aide since they had a drive thru......Not the best Customer Service at all.....Waited all day to get a call on my son meds...never got the call....went the next day only to find out that one of his meds was not covered by my insurance.only after I asked for my prescrition back did Pharmacist volunteer to call Dr. to see if there was a generic form or medcine..... after I decline it still took them 20 additional minutes to give me back my prescription.......Pharmacist ( young black girl) had poor customer service......Ms. Bennett that works there is still rude but I have learned that is just her rude personality........ Will continue to use "U Save It Pharmacy" better customer service....
