If you just love phantom bills for visits years ago, a tree's worth of rejected EOB's from your insurance company, threats to trash your credit report over $10, no $70, no wait, just $10, then Family Derm is the place for you! I went for a visit in early 2012, which my insurance paid for in..early 2012. They kept trying to re-bill the insurance company for the same appointment for about 18 months (which was rejected, obviously). Years later I start getting hounded by debt collectors. They say I owe $10. No wait, $70. Oh just kidding, that was an error - it's $10...And if you don't pay it, we'll ruin your credit! Calls to the Family Derm billing department are sent to an answering machine that says your call will be returned in about a week. Of course it never is. Nor are any emails returned. Bottom line, this place's billing is horribly mismanaged. Do your blood pressure a favor and find another derm.

I've never met a doctor nicer than Dr. Miller. Plus the staff was very friendly!
