Have been shopping at this Costco with my family for the past 2 years. Got the Executive membership due to getting a % back, since I need to buy items for my company employees as well. Like the quality of items at Costco better than Sams Club, thus my two stars. But my dislike is the customer service given at the front desk by a representative named Chris. Bought a $4 salad there which turned out bad. Came back from a business trip in returning it for another one, and received the biggest hassle from Chris. Told me the salad was expired. Explained to him the situation, but he wasen't understanding what so ever. Got to a point where I spoke to the manager and he returned it for a gift card. But I wasted time, and also brought my blood pressure up. Seems he has been a employee there since 2006 on his name tag. Surprised he could last that long with that type of personality and not being able to understand a customers viewpoint. Paid almost $120 for a year membership, expect some good customer service. But what can I say, there's always a bad apple which makes it look bad for all the other good employees that work there.
