My wife had two jaw surgeries here over the past few years, and we had a similar experience both times. We both really liked Dr. Bouloux, and the results from the first jaw surgery were great. When she needed the same procedure done on the other side, we decided to return to Dr Bouloux. That being said however, we weren't very happy with the office staff. My wife would call to make appointments and would often sit on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. There were even a few times when she called during their normal business hours and no one ever picked up the phone. On top of that, they didn't thoroughly check our insurance, and we were stuck with a huge bill due to something that wasn't covered (even though they had told us it was). Honestly, as much as we liked the doctor, I probably wouldn't go back here in the future.
