Georgia Skin & Cancer Clinic
Reviews
I took my daughter here and we were seen by one of the PAs. She seemed to be very informed and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with our service. The only complaint I have about this clinic is that it is hard to get in contact with this clinic via telephone because all patient records are kept in Savannah and when you call you get directed to Savannah, and sent through their maze and their "nurses". We did not receive one of our prescriptions that we talked about during our initial consultation, and when I called to have them send it to our pharmacy, I had to talk to the Savannah campus and when I explained to them, that I need this medication for my daughter, it was already prescribed, they said they had to talk to their nurses and review her records (all over again, which is what we did at the clinic in the first place), and they would call me back. They never did. So now my daughter's scalp is getting worse, and I have to play their game all over again and try to get in touch with them. This has nothing to do with the service in Statesboro, they were fantastic, but you have to go through this mess when you need to contact them. It is almost easier to just drive there in person.
