This place is HORRIBLE! BEWARE and steer clear. I wouldn't take my dog to this dentist. She is rude, unethical and most of all treats the children like crap. She insisted my son have extensive dental work done (2 strip crowns, extractions, fillings, and space maintainers). I agreed to have them done. We were scheduled to have everything done at one time. My son cried and got sick the first time when she ignored his gagging signals and she had to stop and reschedule. The next time we went back we waited to see her for over 1 hour and then she wondered why he seemed so fidgety and told me that I should give him Benadryl before the next visit. The third time we went back she basically told me that he was a horrible child and she didn't like working on him. After that, within 2 days, both of his crowns had popped off and both tooth rings (space maintainers) were off within a week. When I went back to have them fixed, she informed me that I should've taken better care of them. I explained to her that he was eating mashed potatoes when his crowns came off and his space maintainer came off when he was brushing his teeth. She told me she should make me pay for it; however, she would only fix it this one time and if it came off again then I would just have to start paying her directly to fix it, even though I have insurance. Needless to say, we didn't go back to her and my son has now had to suffer through all of these extensive dental procedures again because of her carelessness and horrible work. The dentists I've seen since her have all told me that her license should be pulled and she should no longer be able to practice. This dentist is a joke and I will shout it from the roof tops until she is stopped. Please people, don't put your children in danger with this woman. She's horrible and hopefully she won't be able to work on our children anymore.

This dentist is unethical and only out for money. She insisted that my three year old daughter needed strip crowns on her teeth. I finally agreed, because she was so insistant that my daughter needed them and would benefit from them. The crowns were huge. The very next day, my daughter bit her tounge terribly, because she barely had enough room in her mouth. The crowns were just too big. Exactly seventeen days later, the crowns fell off while we were having soft scrambled eggs for breakfast. I had not allowed my daughter to have any candy or anything hard or sticky for fear that this would cause the crowns to come off. I called and they scheduled me an appointment for the next day. We went in and the dentist looked at her teeth for a few seconds, didn't even touch them, and then declared that my daughter didn't need crowns after all. So she needed them so urgently two weeks before, and then magically doesn't need them now? I found out from the receptionist that the procedure can only be billed to my insurance one time, so Dr. Chang would not profit from replacing the crowns. I spoke to my own dentist, and she informed me that my daughter's teeth have been compromised because she sort of sanded the teeth to get the crowns to stay on. Now my little girl has been complaing of sensitivity, when she has never had it before. I am going to report this to my insurance, and hopefully will not have to pay out of pocket for my little girl's teeth to be fixed correctly. I wish I had never gone to this woman. I should have walked out when her nurse (who speaks almost no english) screamed at my daughter because she was frightened by the movement of the chair. This place is awful.

This is one of the worst children's dentist I've ever witnessed. The first time I thought maybe it was just a bad day, but the two over weight white receptionists are horrible. Impatient with the kids, we decided to change dentist because of the atmosphere there and they said something about going and getting my son from the back while being seen after waiting for two hours. The dentist seems to know what she is doing, but has no patients or people skills. Low vocabulary of English as well. One of the dental assistants was getting frustrated at a 2 year old because he could not understand anything she was saying, I barely could make it what she was saying. If you can go somewhere else, go there, three visits and we could not even stomach their attitude.

Worst place ever will never take my daughter back after they held her down to look at her teeth I wouldn't even give it one star but had to to post this review.

The place is very good, but today there were to many patients (kids) for just 1 doctor/dentist. The hygienist saw my 2.5 year old on time, but it was 40 minutes after the hygienist finished and the dentist hasn't come to see her. 4 other kids where waiting. I had to leave my kid was desperate to get out of the dentist office that was completely packed at the time. I have to give this office the benefit of the doubt, the previous time i went there this situation didn't happen. My main reason to leave: if at 10:30, 15 minutes in waiting for the dentist, you get told it will be 5 to 10 minutes more, then that's what you expect, but if 20 or 25 minutes already passed by and the explanation you get is: "we are working on kids time".. then I think there is a problem sizing how many kids the dentist can see.
