The doctor & nurse practitioner are great. The front desk however need to get their act together. They never answer the phone when I call and they never call back. Once I had an appointment with the counselor. I drove there and I live on the other side of town only to find out she wasn't coming in due to personal reasons. I never got a phone call. I told the receptionist it was rude and unprofessional and she fussed me out. I didn't do anything wrong I was there for the appointment. If it weren't for the front desk I would give it 5 stars.
