Being a patron of local "mom and pop" businesses, I have used Living Well Pharmacy since they opened in Eton, GA. The Pharmacist Paul Bryant has always provided professional service and helped me when I had a problem. My daughter and I visit twice a week for ice cream after school during the summer. Sadly, today I had a problem and thought I would share it with the staff. I called the Eton location to let them know that one of their delivery drivers passed my home and smashed a large bag of trash on the road. The woman's response was "And?". I told her that i was just letting her know because the contents is blowing all over the road (kinda makes the roads look bad with trash everywhere). She responded, "My husband is a police officer and he says that you have to look at the other persons point-of view."(Then look at my point of view, a long straight of way with zero traffic. No excuse lady) She immediately became defensive, saying "we are not responsible (another way of saying irresponsible) for what our drivers do".( What if the driver plowed over someones child?) I said, I really like you guys and thought that you might like to know (he is a driving billboard). Maybe inform the driver to be more careful? She scoffed at my response and said "Anything else?" Poor Soul was probably having a bad day before I called her. That really stinks. I really liked them. That conversation changed my view of the company.
