Eye exam was very rushed. Doctor took very little time between switching the eyepiece adjusters to perform the prescription. Contact lens prescription was bad from day one. Only given one set which I could hardly drive home with. Was told it takes a week to get used to the lens, that did not happen. Could not wear the contacts after a week. Was given an appointment to have lens checked, and when I showed up for the appointment was told that I did not have an appointment ! Their office was 30 miles each way, so this was not funny to me with gas at $5.00 a gallon( 4 visits ended up as a costly lesson). Then, I told the doctor I could not see with the contacts, at which point he told me that he could not help me and did not want me as a patient. All this, after they billed my insurance $150.00 and added a $45.00 charge for contact lens fitting fee !!
